NUEXUS Technologies (Private) Limited ("NUEXUS") wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard alone, rely on magnification, or need reduced motion. This statement sets out what we have actually built, what we know is still outstanding, and how to tell us when something blocks you.
1. Our Commitment
Accessibility is treated here as a build requirement rather than a later correction. When a barrier is reported to us we will acknowledge it, tell you whether we can fix it and roughly when, and offer another way to get the same information in the meantime.
2. The Standard We Work To
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
To be clear about what that means: this is the standard we build towards, not a certified conformance claim. No independent WCAG audit of this website has been completed. We would rather state that plainly than publish a conformance badge we cannot evidence.
3. What We Have Implemented
The following are in place across the site today:
- Reduced motion is honoured. Decorative animation is disabled when your system requests reduced motion. Loading indicators are a deliberate exception, because a frozen spinner reads as a hung request rather than a calmer one.
- Keyboard navigation. Interactive elements are reachable by keyboard and show a visible focus indicator. A skip link lets you jump past the navigation straight to the main content.
- Semantic structure. Pages use real landmarks and a sequential heading order, so screen readers can navigate by region and by heading.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text, and icon-only controls carry accessible names.
- Contrast. The interface is a dark theme designed for high contrast between text and background.
- Resizable text. Layouts use relative units, so browser zoom and larger text settings do not break the page or force horizontal scrolling.
- Target size. Footer, breadcrumb and other navigation links carry a minimum 24 by 24 CSS pixel hit area (WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.5.8), and we are extending that floor to the remaining controls.
4. Known Limitations
We would rather name these than let you discover them:
- No independent accessibility audit has been carried out, so there may be issues we have not found.
- Some pages embed third-party content (video, maps, scheduling and similar). We do not control the accessibility of those embeds, though we will help you get the same information another way.
- Documents published as PDF may not all be fully tagged for screen readers. Contact us and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
- Our AI assistant is a conversational interface. If it is difficult for you to use, every function it offers is also available through the normal site navigation or by contacting us directly.
5. Assistive Technology and Browsers
This site is built to current web standards and is expected to work with recent versions of the major screen readers and browsers. If you use an older browser or a less common assistive technology and something does not work, please tell us: we will treat that as a bug report, not an edge case.
6. Reporting a Barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, email info@nuexus.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. That last detail usually makes the difference between a fix and a guess.
We aim to respond within five working days. You can also reach us through our contact page.
7. Requesting Content in Another Format
If you need something on this site in a different format, such as accessible text instead of a PDF, ask us and we will provide it at no charge.
8. How This Statement Is Reviewed
This statement is reviewed when the site changes materially, and updated when a limitation listed above is resolved or a new one is found. The date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page. If we complete a formal audit, we will say so here and state the result, whatever it is.
